Introduction
No CryptoKings lineup would be complete without a Champion from the twitter-verse, this King of Crypto is known as the “Founder” of Crypto twitter, a well known crypto trading shitposter and a deserving crown wearing Crypto-verse King. However, there’s a lot more to Cobie aka Jordan than his twitter posts - Let’s dive into his world.
A Small Investment that Sparked an Empire
Crypto Cobain has been around the scene for a long time - (by Crypto standards) he is an OG by all accounts having first joined Crypto Twitter back in 2013. It has been reported by Cobain himself that he made a mere initial investment of around $2k back then, which he has successfully traded into the vast realms of generational wealth. It is clear Cobain had the vision for Bitcoin and Crypto early on, and enough conviction to see through many cycles of boom and bust and still be around today. Although having this vast wealth, he still actively trades Crypto as he finds it quite addicting and makes him feel alive.
More Than Meets the Eye, or Twitter Feed
Beyond the twitter persona there is much more to Cobain, as has been candidly seen in his new series/livestream UpOnlyTV which he co-hosts with fellow crypto twitter personality LedgerStatus .
During these streams he interviews persona’s from in and around the Crypto landscape. It is evident that Cobain simply did not just get “lucky” with Crypto; he comes across as a genuine, intelligent and thoughtful individual with well balanced takes on the industry and life in general, he is constantly is on the pulse of Crypto scene.
The show typically airs on a Thursday with the odd impromptu airing outside this schedule, and has seen guests ranging from hyper cycle bull Zhu Su of 3AC fame, to Beeple - the creator of the third highest selling piece of art which was sold from a living artist, ever — and it was an NFT!😱
It is clear that Cobain has a knack for building too having previously held a high profile role at challenger bank Monzo and was one of the key figures behind Lido, a popular Ethereum 2.0 staking solution with almost 200,000 ETH staked at time of writing - a whopping $300m!
I think it goes without saying that Cobain has earned his spot as a King of Crypto, and we are honoured to immortalise him in NFT form! 👑
